There was a time when the Niagara region was synonymous with Niagara Falls, the border connecting us to the US & the Casino. Cities such as St. Catharines, Niagara on the Lake, Vineland, Port Colborne, and Fort Erie were unknown to most of the tourists visiting from surrounding cities and the GTA.
